Diálogo en inglés entre socios comerciales, donde el dueño de negocio llama airadamente a su proveedor.
Laura llama a Albert para decirle que un cliente encontró un pelo en una de sus galletas. Albert quiere que Laura olvide el asunto, pero Laura piensa que es algo serio y amenaza en no volver a comprar otra galleta de Albert.

Albert entrega el pedido de galletas a Laura. Él le cuenta que preparar las galletas no fue tan difícil como creía, ya que tuvieron mucha ayuda.
